Health and Fitness has been a massive passion of mine for the past 30 years. After starting out at the beginning and becoming a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing, I realised my passion was in the gym. I then worked towards more weight training and working on my conditioning. This enabled me to compete at various bodybuilding competitions.

The knowledge I've gained over this time has enabled me to understand all the key elements required, for not just myself, but for my clients to achieve their individual goals. Whether it be weight loss, muscle build, nutrition coaching or supplementation guidance. I believe training from the inside out is the key approach to adopt, to achieve physical goals. With the right foundations set in place I ensure that anything is possible when it comes to body transformation
